Returning an Item(s)
If you are not satisfied with any purchase from Morgans of Oswestry then you may return any products back to us within 30 working days of receipt providing that the product is in a fully resalable condition.
This means that the product is not damaged or dirty, has not been used in any way and that the product is complete with the original pristine condition packaging.
If the above requirements are met, we will always provide a full refund including the original cost of the outbound postage.
The buyer will pay the cost of returning the item unless Morgans of Oswestry is at fault for an incorrect order being sent out to the customer, the item doesn’t match the description or if there is a fault with the item.
These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a customer. For more information on purchasing from the internet please see distance selling information from the Office of Fair Trading.
With regards to faulty products we will adhere to the warranty provided by the manufacturer and work within their process to fix or exchange the products under their warranty terms and conditions.
The total liability of the sale of contract is limited to the monies paid by the buyer and we cannot be held liable for indirect, consequential or special loss.
If you wish to return an item please either call or contact us with details of your order, the items you wish to return and a brief explanation why.
Once the items have been received back it will be checked and we will then issue a reimbursement for the item via the same payment method used for the original transaction.
We are not liable for postal cost in returning an item to us if it is not received by Morgans of Oswestry.
It is your responsibility to ensure the safe delivery of your items/order back to us and we would recommend using a signed for service for complete peace of mind.
